Conditions Of Entry
- Surveillance cameras are in use on-site 24/7. You accept that you will be recorded for security purposes.
- Access must be booked prior with "SMV automated booking" number or by notifying the caretaker.
- NO ONE other than those on your agreement are to enter the site without any prior arrangement with us.
- For the safety of residents, staff, customers, animals and other vehicles - DRIVE SLOWLY not exceeding 10km/h.
- On entry, use your OWN Palgate to open the 1st gate and enter pin at the 2nd gate (where applicable) - EVERY TIME.
- DO NOT TAILGATE other vehicles in or out. If you witness it, please get rego and vehicle description.
- DO NOT cut corners when towing. Stay on tracks. Wet weather means the grass is soft, slippery and muddy.
- Pets are not allowed to run freely on site. They must remain in your vehicle. We have livestock on-site.
- DO NOT force entry or climb any gate or fence.
- Any damage caused at your fault must be reported immediately. Repairs will be at your expense.
- Access will be restricted if your account is in arrears, and your items could be sold to recoup costs.
- Your storage item(s) must be insured, secured and locked at all times.
- Storage fees are payable in advance and you must give 14 days notice to cancel your agreement.
- No stopping, meeting or selling of caravans anywhere on site.
- Failure to respect our rules could result in termination of your storage agreement.
